oracledb: remove whitespace from description

One metric description had whitespace at the end. This caused an issue
with upgrading `go-yaml` to the latest version, where the update handled
the case of stray whitespace slightly differently by adding quotes
around it. Instead, I've opted to remove that whitespace from the
description entirely.
