Improved end2end testcases for LPAR activate

Details:

* The desired properties on LPAR and image profile for a particular
  test are now set as needed, instead of identifying existing profiles
  and LPARs that already have the desired values. The original property
  values are restored in the test cleanup.

* The wrong image profile names needed for specific tests are now
  identified automatically instead of specifying them, by listing them and
  picking one that is not the LPAR's image profile.

* The remaining config data of a loadable LPAR and its load profile are
  now taken from the HMC inventory file instead of specifying them in
  the test source code. The test source code documents what to put into
  the HMC inventory file for this purpose. This is all handled gracefully,
  so if an HMC entry in the inventory file does not have these additional
  items, the corresponding tests will be skipped with an according
  skip message.

* Added new testcases for LPARs in 'general' operating mode, since some
  CPCs in the test env did not have properly loading 'linux' LPARs to test
  against.
