[Game] Tradepacks and slaves update part 2 (#769)

* [Game] Vehicle repair time

- Destroyed vehicles are now a their 10 minute repair time when destroyed, currently no **Shatigon's Sand** needed yet.

* [Game] Fix Mate/Slave skill and Fish Finder

- Added property for caching the player's current attach point
- CSStartSkillPacket now correctly grabs mate or slave related skills that need to be used on the user.
- Added loading of ``slave_mount_skills`` which is currently not used, but later required to be able to very skill usage
- Implemented FishFinder directly in the BuffTemplate
- Removed magic numbers from wi use

* [Game] Fix Slave child issues

- Fixed a overlooked possible null exception in CSMoveUnitPacket
- Added Growling Yawl attach point information
- Fixed the child spawning issue for Slave by fixing ``Slave.AddVisibleObject()`` call order.

* [Game] Slave and Mate clear combat fix

- Moved some properties up to ``Unit`` class and changed implementation of ``ActiveRegionTick()`` so that Slaves and Mates now can also get out of combat and get their health regen.
- Re-enabled the clear aggro functions from no-fight zones.
- When a slave is destroyed, now all riders of it will get ejected

* [All] Revert back to .NET 7

At some point I put the default SDK to 8, so reverting it.

* [Game] ClearCombat, AI move speed and WIP actor stance fixes

- Moved the sending of SCCombatClearedPacket into the IsInBattle property on a Unit level
- Removed Speed magic numbers from AI
- Removed the forced standstill
- Added loading of ``game_stances`` and added data to ActorModel
- Added some comments to functions

* [Game] NPC Game stances and MoveSpeed

- Changed where CurrentGameStance is set
- Changed how BaseMoveSpeed gets calculated
- Moved IsUnderWater up to Unit and made it virtual, overriding it at Character for handling breath (used by CurrentGameStance)

* [Game] Allow Slave summon item repair
