Grouped options in help of partition/lpar/user create/update commands

Details:

* Used the click-option-group package to group the command line
  options in the heklp output of those commands that have long
  lists of options, in order to provide a better overview in the
  help output:
  * partition create
  * partition update
  * lpar create
  * lpar update
  * user create
  * user update

* Improved the help text for the --maximum-memory option of
  partition create/update.
