Refactored `FixCodeBlocks` function signature and usage across codebase.

- Updated the `FixCodeBlocks` function signature from `FixCodeBlocks(file fileutils.RealFile, language string)` to `FixCodeBlocks(language string, file fileutils.RealFile)` in `docs/markdownHelpers.go`, `docs/README.md`, `docs/markdownHelpers_test.go`, `docs/markdownHelpers_examples_test.go` and `magefiles/magefile.go`.
- Renamed `UseFixCodeBlocks` function to `FixCodeBlocks` in `magefiles/README.md` and `magefiles/magefile.go`.
- Aligned function signature and usage in associated documentation and tests to match the updated signature.

- Enhanced color output in `magefiles/magefile.go` for better user experience during dependency installation.

- Bumped up versions of dependencies in `magefiles/go.mod` and cleaned up `magefiles/go.sum`.
