Additional improvements of HTML templates

Improvements to HTML trekking public PDF export : 
- Move stages list after trek description
- Display stages details in a clearer way
- Use a different icon for Reglementation mention and for Advices
- Hide empty gray block if there is no information desk attached to the trek
- Add "On Your Path" title before the POI details block
- Add "Attribution" label before POI legend and author

PS : Maybe you'll don't like the ``<br/>`` and ``&nbsp;``...
