Add a user profile dashboard in a sidebar (#10)

* [Finishes #120050465] Create a UserSidebar Component

* [Finishes #120234397] Create user details state

Extract user details into their own piece of state and
create a user details reducer and associated actions.

Also refactor several parts of the project to use the
new user details state.

* [Finishes #120141391] Update user profile logic

Add functionality to update a user's profile.

* [Finishes #120321151] Remove password after update

We're no longer returning the hashed password alongside
user details after updating the user details.

* [Finishes #120323311] Validate user update input

Validate data in user sidebar when updating user profile.
In order for this to happen, we've had to refactor the
validation logic in FieldsValidationReducer to accommodate both
authentication and user profile update types of inputs.

Also rename AuthValidationActions to a more general ValidationActions.
Also add comments to various hitherto uncommented sections
whenever they're touched.

Also add an edit icon in the button for toggling user details update.
