Refactored `RetrieveRecord` method to return JSON string representation.

- Updated `RetrieveRecord` method in `keeperutils.go` to return the record as a JSON string instead of a `pwmgr.Record` object.
- Adjusted the error handling within `RetrieveRecord` method to cater for JSON marshalling errors.
- Modified the corresponding test `TestRetrieveRecord` in `keeperutils_test.go` to validate the returned JSON string and its content.

- Added JSON unmarshalling within `TestRetrieveRecord` to validate the correctness of the returned JSON string.
