Modified NumCosmo connector to support NumCosmo's MPI facilities (#327)

* Modified NumCosmo connector to support NumCosmo's MPI facilities. Included in des_y1_3x2pt/numcosmo_run.py example an option to run a full mcmc.
* Added pygobject-stubs as a requirement. This should be moved to a conda-forge package.
* Improved interaction with mypy.
* Adding more tests for serialization.
* Removed unused get_params_names from unimplemented MappingCLASS. 
* More testing for mapping.
* Organizing test fixtures.
* Better testing for A_s and sigma8 compatibility.
* Support for outsource example running.
