Dir scan gatherer (#269)

* Wip on dir scan gatherer

* Dir Scan gatherer testing

* Improving dirscan gatherer test

* Group and User fetching in dir scan gatherer

Tests refactored, a real afero FS is used, temporary directories
are created and deleted on test suite lifecycle. We explicitely
use syscall package to interact with users/groups perhaps we need
a real fs. Afero InMem fs does not implement the behaviour we need

* Add Owner and group info to files matched by dir-scan gatherer

* Changed dir-scan gatherer name to dir_scan

* Add dir-scan gatherer to gatherer list

* Dir scan gatherer returns list of file entries instead of map

* Addressing review feedbacks
