Launch more tasks during startup phase (#112)

* Increase the number of molecules enough that ML is used

This will cause the example to crash under many cases

* Shorten the runtime of the example

32 MOPAC IPs can take many minutes

* Run more computations at the start

Completely fill the run queue at start so that
computations which fail do not prevent the
minimum number for ML to be reached

* Use new starter syntax in the test
