Fixed partition boot from storage volume

Details:

* zhmc_partition: Fixed configuration of boot from storage volume. It can now
  be configured either by setting the 'boot_storage_volume' input property to
  the URI of the boot volume, or by setting the 'boot_storage_volume_name'
  and 'boot_storage_group_name' input properties to the name of the boot volume
  and its storage group, respectively. (issue #640)

* Added function test cases for booting from storage volume.

* Added end2end test cases for booting from storage volume.
