* major changes

añadido endpoint para cargar gastos, sin validar los datos ni cargando el id del usuario registrado que esta añadiendo la expense

* fixed expenses endpoint

* Added: ExpenseAdd & Authentication input validation
- Changed all response types to ApiResponse for common response handling approach
- Added input validation for ExpenseAddingRequest
- Added input validation tests for Authentication endpoint
- Separated Controller testing into different test files per functionality test
- Moved ApiError to dto package

* Removed unused AccessForbiddenException
- Removed also @ExceptionHandler for AccessForbiddenException

* getAllExpenses endpoint developed but yet not working

* fixed response of getAllExpenses endpoint

* added extra test

* commented not yet working tests
