IGVF-378 Add facet to select abstract types (#308)

* Remove now non-existent `summary` display from File-derived search results.
* Update npm packages.
* Introduce the hierarchical type facet. It doesn’t yet respond to clicks.
* Update comments and coding styles.
* Properly react to clicks on the type facet terms.
* Add checkmarks to the selected types.
* Change checkboxes to radio buttons.
* Present the type-facet labels in the standard way, with the count to the right.
* Update package-lock.json after merge.
* Update npm packages.
* Point at IGVF-1002 igvfd demo.
* Remove key to remount facets, as I don’t think we need this anymore. Navigating between search pages re-renders the facets properly. Removing this lets us stay on the Object Type facet when selecting a new type, instead of going back to the first group.
* Change how we get all the search-result facets in a group so that we retain the order the facets appear in a group’s `facet_fields`.
* Remove the type facet if no facet groups exist for a type.
* Filter out deprecated schemas from the type facet.
* Reset the selected facet group if the facet groups change because of a type= change. Changes to the type= facet also no longer mark the facet group icon as containing something non-default.
* Get Jest tests to pass. I still need to get coveralls to pass. I also share the code to get the visible facets with the facet-group code. I now allow facets to render even with no visible facets if a group with facets exist.
