Invlap (#42)

* rewrote Element.discharge function

Now uses invlapcomp
Element.dischargeold still exists for testing purposes and can be removed in the future.

* fixed legend in contour plots

Same fix as used in timml

* left the dischargeold function in the notebook

now commented out. was just for testing.
