* List multiple channels to watch

So that we can ignore specific ones

* Change reminder time to an int

* Convert keys to int, if needed

The "save" method converts to JSON, which might result in
int keys being changed to strings

* Use pydantic's validator to do conversion

* Fix the validator and some tests

- Validator should always return dict
- Tests need to use the new markup

* Fix to an older pydantic
