refactor(IDM): use executor and simplify code

The IDM is the oldest piece of code of the Podcast-Server project, some implementation wasn't well crafted, so I work on a refactor task to include a ThreadPoolTaskExecutor to handle thread (instead of launching them without context) and use a better way to handle concurrency in manageDonwload method (thank to ReentrantLock).
