Bump yaml and snowpack in /demo

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [snowpack](https://github.com/snowpackjs/snowpack). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`

Updates `snowpack` from 1.7.1 to 3.7.1
