Add support for full props and additional props

Details:

* Added support for requesting full properties with a new "full_properties"
  input parameter for the list modules. (issue #651)

* Added support for requesting specific additional properties with a new
  "additional_properties" input parameter for the zhmc_adapter_list and
  zhmc_partition_list modules. (issue #651)

* Increased minimum version of zhmcclient to 1.11.1 to pick up new
  functionality.

* Extended end2end test functions accordingly.

* In end2end tests for CPCs, introduced a list of volatile properties
  whose values are not compared during the tests.

* Added that the end2end test_zhmc_user_list() does not compare object
  ID/URI for pattern-based users because they change on every login.
