Feat/thread filter (#10)

* feat(*): Add routes for thread filters, save filters in state

Add routes for filtering threads by 'hot', 'new', 'top', 'random', etc. When a thread 'A' is fetched
under a filter 'B', 'A' maintains 'B' in its filters Set. Later on, we can selectively choose to
display all the threads that contain a certain filter.

* fix(thread-card): Default props to subcomponents

* feat(routes): Redirect 'r/:subreddit' to 'r/:subreddit/hot'

* fix(saveSubredditThreads): Change parameter ordering to fix bug where subreddit list was undefined

* feat(reducers): Default filters set to emptyset if no filter is present

* feat(subreddit-threads): Display filtered threads in cards

* feat(subreddit-threads): Add Links to view subreddit with different filters
