Support for user role permissions based on groups; Fixed end2end tests

Details:

* zhmc_user_role: Added support for user role permissions based on groups.

* zhmc_session: Removed incorrect 'userid' property from return value
  documentation.

* test_zhmc_partition_state() has testcase that starts a stopped SSC
  partition into the built-in installer. However, there seems to be an issue
  where the SSC partition fails to start with "HTTPError: 409,131: The
  operating system in the partition failed to load. The partition is
  stopped.". Reported as STG Defect 1071321, and ignored in this test.

* In test_zhmc_session_single(), changed the expected result for deleting a
  session based on session ID to expect ParameterError with userid is also
  supplied.

* In test_zhmc_session_sequence(), changed the module calls to provide
  all optional parameters. Fixed that userid was provided when session_id
  was also provided.

* In test_zhmc_user_absent_present(), fixed the password to conform to the
  password rule "Standard", whch requires a non-numeric character at the end.

* In test_zhmc_user_absent_present(), fixed that a user update no longer
  provides the password, because that would reuse the same password as before.
