Networking: Rename cnci-agent to ciao-cnci-agent

This closes issue https://github.com/01org/ciao/issues/55

The cnci-agent has now been renamed to ciao-cnci agent to conform to
the naming scheme used by other ciao components.

- cnci-agent renamed to ciao-cnci-agent
- cnci_agent directory renamed to ciao-cnci-agent
- systemd unit files changed to accomodate this change
- CNCI image generation scripts modified to accomodate this change
- Issues flagged by shellcheck fixed in scripts
- All documentation updated

Merge branch 'issue55' of github.com:albertomurillo/ciao into albertomurillo-issue55
Conflicts resolved in:
   networking/ciao-cnci-agent/scripts/generate_cnci_cloud_image.sh

Additional Changes:
- The scripts had a bug as using the variable cnci-agent would cause the copy to
  fail. Renamed the variables back to cnci_agent
