Refactor redirect tests (#1059)

## Fixes issue

## Description of Changes
Reduce lines in the redirect tests using `@pytest.mark.parametrize`. The
coverage stays the same, but the amount of lines use goes dowwwwwwn.

I also moved the `UX-Docs` files.
