IGVF-1067 Change ConstructLibrary pages to ConstructLibrarySet (#302)

* Change the ConstructLibrary search-list renderer to ConstructLibrarySet with no other changes for now.
* Set the search-result title and meta areas.
* Finish library details panel.
* Finish updating search results dependent on IGVF-850 igvfd branch.
* Delete some now-dead code. Update eslint config to detect unused variables and empty elements.
* Remove schemas from /profiles page.
* Make Jest tests succeed and have full coverage. Convert empty components to self-closing components to match the new ESLint rule.
* Convert empty component to self-closing component.
* Use embedded `associated_phenotypes` property on the ConstructLibrarySet object page. Don’t attempt to delete a non-existent schema within /profiles.
* Add Applied To Samples list. We’ll turn this into a table once igvfd gets updated to embed more properties into ConstructLibrarySet objects.
