cmd/flux-wreck: use lwj-complete for purge cmd

In purge command, use lwj-complete to walk the list of completed
LWJ ids in order of completion time, instead of gathering completion
time of all jobs and sorting.

This reduced the time to gather information for the purge by an
order of magnitude.
