Verify lightcurves exist when merging files (#124)

* add possibility to check for lightcurves when loading data product

* add _verify_contains_lightcurves method

* use _verify_contains_lightcurves method

* expect erroneous files when combining data products

* add possibility to fail cluster jobs in test

* directly parse failed job ids

* do check if data product is none which happens if file not found

* start data produt in submit cluster emulation

* copy raw phot when doing failing binning

* rmove existing data prodcuts before next test

* add verify_contains_lightcurves to load_data_prodct and use in combining job
