[Game] Loot and Gold Drop Rates (#697)

* [Game] WIP: Loot Drop Rates

With permission from @AAGene some of the loot related code from Genesis is copied and modified for better drop rates instead of always all items.

* [Game] Loot Drops

Fixed loot drop rates so not every possible item drops all the time.
Implemented loot rate modifiers from the configuration files.
Added a gold multiplier to the configuration files (applies to looting only).

* [Game] Loot Drop from Character attributes

Added DropRateMul and LootGoldMul attributes to Character so they are actually used.
Small fix on drop rate calculations.

* [Game] BugFix: Loot Drops

100% drop items should now always drop (100% drop group was not accounted for)
If later groups got rolled, it could overwrite the loot from the earlier groups, this has been fixed.
