Remove sswt, clean and remove some code (#32)

* clean a bit tis.py and added infretisrun sim test, but fail commented out test

* some changes.. but cannot merge before we change rgen class

* reduce no. of randgens to one, and pass simulation test, very messy and need cleanup

* clean a bit, all unittest pass

* remove empty spaces, added random restart unttest, pass unittests hopefully
