Ensure all package.json have correct repository and directory info (#702)

## Summary:

While looking at the npm page for `@khanacademy/math-input` I noticed that it pointed to the archived repo before we moved things into the monorepo. 

This PR goes through all of our package's `package.json` files and updates them to point to the monorepo _and_ adds a `directory` entry. This will help the npm pages point to the right place also.
