Commit Message

Upload coverage results to coveralls

Needed to change the path from where pytest is executed, otherwise
coverage report would contain full resolved path to sources and that
was not recognized by coveralls. Running `pytest tests/` from project
root fixes that. Also reworked a circleci configy.yml a bit - introduced
parameters for `test-linux` job.
