SudokuBoard Refactors, Created Hint & Group Classes, and Amend Notes E2E Testing (#240)

This PR refactored some logic out of SudokuBoard.tsx to new Hint/Group classes and HintParsing functions while at the same time adding more type safety than before. Also created Cypress E2E testing for the amend notes hint and moved pause button to its own file.
