Selenium tests: Make tests in session_ui not dependent one from each other (#480)

* makeSuite() is now Suite()
* Signup tests are not dependent if one test does not dismiss the alert
* Sign{ed,} in page now register in before() instead of the previous test
* Make signin tests respect the POP
* Make sure signed in page is displayed when constructed
