feat: improved statement fraction (#362)

Currently, implicit branches (measured through the number of statements covered in a basic block) are incorporated in a way that clashes with the branch distance. With this PR, we change the structure of the objective value to the following format: XX.YYZZZZ

Where:
XX is the approach level
YY is the fraction of uncovered statements within a block
ZZZZ is the branch distance

Originally the distance was structured without the YY part (XX.ZZZZ)
