- Remove watchNamespace on manager since is now completely configured on
  the manager' cache.

- Move from "configmapsleases" to "leases" since we used the double
  locking mechanism for 5 releases and we can safely move to the new one.

- Migrate from `k8s.io/utils/pointer` (deprecated) to `k8s.io/utils/ptr`

- Configure manager cache according to cluster available kinds
