Heatmap correction (#1017)

* Corrects the color scheme for the heatmap plot. (Colours are provided as a proportion of the maximum recorded value for the separate Impact Assessment methods). Also provides a checkbox for changing the axes of the heatmap plot.

* Reduction in number of if blocks for the code section for inverting the heatmap plot.
