feat: preferences for an organization and user (#310)

- allow saving preferences for an organization or a user
- preferences can only be set which has a valid trait defined
- possible preferences traits can be listed using Describe API
- user token now containts org ids instead of org names
- list users of a project no longer lists platform superusers
- org invitations can assign role on invite acceptance
