Thread safe solc (#81)

* Detector now uses solc-switch

* Package itself

* Validation verifier should now use solc-switch

* Fixing cicd test

* Attempt to sort out unit tests...

* Update of unit tests, perhaps they will pass for all solc-switch changes now

* Moving to data path solc/releases

* Instead of taking entry source unit pragma as version we'll take highest pragma as the compiler version
