IGVF-832 AuxiliarySet object and search pages (#268)

* Update npm packages. Add auxiliary set page.
* Add file tables to AuxiliarySet page. Move code to split files into ones with and without illumina_read_type into its own file. Change MeasurementSet to call this function too. I was getting the incorrect type of file for platform terms, so correct that.
* Update package-lock.json after rebasing to dev.
* Add display of control_for file sets. Add a new component to display a file-set table.
* Add search-list display for auxiliary set.
* Improve formatting and correct comments.
* Move the description to the specified position in the spec.
* Updates to comments and code formatting.
* Change the case of splitIlluminaSequenceFiles.
