IGVF-925 Rename references to publication_identifiers (#261)

* Update npm packages except for ones I suspect might cause breakage.
* Update the rest of the outdated npm packages, except for NextJS 13.4.13 that seems broken.
* Remove now-unneeded testing-library packages.
* Change existing `references` displays to use `publication_identifiers` instead.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after rebase to dev.
* Update package-lock.json after rebase to dev.
* Rename test data to use `publication_identifiers`, and fix up errors from new Jest version.
* Add `publication_identifiers` displays to pages that haven’t displayed them at all.
* Add `publication_identifiers` to the common properties for sample-derived objects.
