fix: `show_diff` for `DataFrame`s contextually shows only the differing columns (#31)

If there are more differing columns than # of columns that are allowed to be displayed, or the first max_num_of_columns in the dataframes have agreeing values, display only the columns that differ between them on a row-by-row basis.

fix: `TestingUtilities.set_show_diff_df_opts` now sets the correct setting global variables
