197 algorithm profiling (#199)

* Adding data

* Preliminary testing for cp_als. Since cp_als is sensitive to it's `init` parameter, it might be nice to detect which type of input is being fed and boot the algo accordingly.

* Slight tweak to cp_als_profiling to create analogous profiling script for cp_apr. New data directory added as location to test tns files as inputs.

* Combining both profiling scripts into one.

* Cleaning up. Now only cpapr_cpals_profiling notebook remains, within /profiling.

* Refactor for including Tucker algos. Last commit before refactoring use of kwargs-params and cleanup.

* Renaming file to previous profiling file to cp_and_tucker_algorithms_profiling.ipynb

* Refactored to allow for custom kwarg/params to pass to the testing calls.

* Updates to profiling nb to include iterations on parameters. Added gprof2dot nb to create profiling images with gprof2dot. See bottom notes and link for details.

* Typo in Cell 20; had to change testing algo parameter to 'tucker_als'

* New sub-directories containing pstats profiling files and the subsequent profiling images which were created from the bash command detailed at the end of cp_and_tucker_algorithms_profiling_with_gprof2dot.ipynb.

* All profiling pstats files exist in /profiling/pstats_files/<algoName> per <algoName> and likewise for gprodf2dot images for the rendered profiling images per algoName.

* Removing output data; modifying 'profile_alg()' in order to allow the cProfile to correctly run or restart regardless of algorithm error occurring in testing.

* Slight modification to 'profile_alg()' for allowing cProfile to continue functioning during a failed algorithm test; Deleting ipynb file which only printed profiling stats, and retained 'algorithms_profiling.ipynb' which outputs files to /profiling/output directory, and includes instructions for generating visual output for those files.

* Modifying profile() and profile_alg() to use a 'lab... (continued)
