Add ingredient groups support to NYTimes and HalfBakedHarvest (#803)

* Update NYTimes scraper to support ingredient groups.
Add additional test with a recipe containing ingredient groups.
Update the test file for the original NYTimes test to keep it current.

* Update HalfBakedHarvest scraper to support ingredient groups and set author field to string as latest site does return an author.
Add additional test with a recipe containing ingredient groups.
Update the test file for the original HalfBakedHarvest test to keep it current.
