Prepare to track intermediate paths #28

Tracking by model name instead of column object adds one O(1) lookup
when dumping updates to a dict (get_update) but opens the opportunity
to O(k) traversal for path updates on paths of length k.

This is important for Map (+Set, List) partial updates, which will
need to emit if_not_exists for any intermediate mutable objects.

Small optimization to get_update to use a fixed dict with SET, REMOVE
keys.
