Remove exceptional case from identifier.render

identifier.render is supposed to be with TeX input of type ast.Tex and not
on ast.RenderT.
However, we to increase fault tolerance, and backwards compatibility,
we ignore the input if identifier.render is called with an argument of incorrect type.
