IGVF-856 Improve page-request performance (#243)

* Add a new FetchRequest method to get multiple objects through a search.
* Split long query strings to fit into igvfd limits, and make multiple requests for each subset of query-string elements.
* Change the new getMultipleObjectsAlt() to actually work.
* Change award objects to use the combi object retrieval for the list of PIs.
* Have the award search page also use the new method of retrieving data.
* Correct some comments.
* Fix HumanDonor search results.
* Convert InVitroSystems to the combi version for donors.
* Rename getMultipleObjectsCombi to getMultipleObjectsBulk.
* Finish MeasurementSet optimizations. Add new functions to do bulk requests of files and donors.

* Add bulk requests for alignment files and analysis sets. Add a common bulk request function for file sets. Have analysis set search result do a bulk request for input file sets.
* Add bulk requests for assay terms and awards. Add a function to standardize requests for users.
* Add bulk requests to curated sets and human donors, and add a bulk request function for phenotypic features.
* Add bulk requests for in-vitro systems. Add new bulk request functions for biomarkers, bio samples, and treatments.
* Add bulk requests for labs, models, and primary cells. Add a bulk request function for awards.
* Add the bulk requests for reference files, sequence files, signal files, software, technical samples, tissues, treatments, and whole organisms.
* Update rodent search results to use bulk retrieval.
