SALTO-4138: enforce uniqueness of workflow and scripts custom fields (#4694)

* added workflows and scripts, before testing

* passed current tests, without editing them

* added tests for scripts and workflows

* Final version before changing the messages

* Messages approved by Lior

* added tests for workflow and script without custom field

* changed the address of some edge cases

* getting rid of the 'as Instance' and some other minor changes

* added general functions to get the scriptid field from changes and elementssource

* fixed the test to use the mock to handle the new way 'get' is used in the code

* Update packages/netsuite-adapter/src/change_validators/unique_fields.ts

use uniq instead of array of set
