Fix image loading in the image editor (#647)

## Summary:
Un-reverts 97d02dac and fixed up loading of graphie images.

## Test plan:
- Load the storybook
- Insert a graphie, i.e.: web+graphie://ka-perseus-graphie.s3.amazonaws.com/b4a76d480
- It should load successfully
