Support for STP configuration of CPCs

Details:

* Added support for STP configuration of CPCs via new operations of
  zhmcclient.Cpc: swap_current_time_server(), set_stp_config(),
  change_stp_id(), join_ctn(), leave_ctn(). (issue #750)
