Don't pass keystrokes to the delegate from doCommandBySelector: when there is or was marked text. Clean up the logic around handling repeats in -[PTYTextView keyDown:]. This makes AquaSKK work in the cases I tested: repeats in IME, repeats not in IME, pressing L to change from Hiragana to ASCII, pressing enter while there is marked text.
