Update subscrption to use "Done" instead of "EOF" Currently, subscription services are looking for "io.EOF" to determine when an Iterator has finished. This was changed in google.golang.org/cloud/pubsub commit 28a821520 to be a special "Stop" error. Because we were retrying on unrecognized errors, this causes microservices to spin indefinitely when prompted to quit. Update the error.
